Therapeutic Massage helps restore balance and brings the body back to normal by triggering the relaxation response. The endocrine and autonomic nervous systems facilitate a slower heart rate, deeper breathing, relaxed muscles, better circulation and digestion. An antidote to chronic stress, massage reduces anxiety and increases feelings of well-being. Massage therapists are available upon request for half-hour, one-hour, and one and one-half hour sessions. Please call in advance to schedule an appointment.

Environmental Medicine relieves disorders caused by pollutants and toxins in the environment. This goes beyond allergies to a specific irritant. Many chronic maladies are caused or aggravated by artificial environmental pollutants.
